At Phlow our dedicated team is the driving force behind our success. Comprising seasoned professionals in design, planning, engineering, and construction, we bring a wealth of expertise to every project. From concept to completion, our team is with you every step of the way.
Paul is the founder of Phlow and has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, predominately in the mining and resource sector.
Paul has been the Managing Director of Phlow’s sister company, Grounded Construction Group, since 2013.
His extensive knowledge and leadership experience enables him to provide clear direction and to effectively guide a culturally diverse team.
Wayne is the General Manager and oversees the Projects and Construction. He has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry, having undertaken multidisciplinary roles on a broad range of projects throughout his career.
Wayne’s extensive industry knowledge and expertise is instrumental to the development and execution of each project, while his experience with liaising with consultants, development companies and contractors is crucial to the smooth operation of every site.
Emma joins the Phlow team with a Bachelor of Design and 16 years of experience in the construction/design industry under her belt. During her career, Emma has been involved in a diverse range of projects that span various industries, including hospitality, aged care, healthcare, mining, residential and education.
Emma’s passion for design, extensive experience and deep knowledge of the construction industry allow her to create functional, harmonious spaces that perfectly cater to her clients’ needs.
Steve is a well-respected and highly experienced construction professional, with more than 20 years in the industry. A particularly methodical experienced operator who portrays his knowledge through his team and contractors; a level-headed individual that will continually think outside the box, to have a solution rather than a concern.
Steve has delivered numerous award-winning projects across commercial, private and government sectors. These included:

We undertake a broad range of projects, including large-scale fit outs and renovations of major commercial spaces, including warehouses, factories, showrooms and retail facilities. We have a comprehensive construction team that is comprised of certified and licensed contractors, as well as inhouse engineers that streamline each project and make it as economical as possible. We also have an inhouse design team that can identify the best ways to utilise any space to ensure maximum efficiency and comfort.
