At Phlow our dedicated team is the driving force behind our success. Comprising seasoned professionals in design, planning, engineering, and construction, we bring a wealth of expertise to every project. From concept to completion, our team is with you every step of the way.
Paul is the founder of Phlow and has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry, predominately in the mining and resource sector.
Paul has been the Managing Director of Phlow’s sister company, Grounded Construction Group, since 2013.
His extensive knowledge and leadership experience enables him to provide clear direction and to effectively guide a culturally diverse team.
Emma joins the Phlow team with a Bachelor of Design and 16 years of experience in the construction/design industry under her belt. During her career, Emma has been involved in a diverse range of projects that span various industries, including hospitality, aged care, healthcare, mining, residential and education.
Emma’s passion for design, extensive experience and deep knowledge of the construction industry allow her to create functional, harmonious spaces that perfectly cater to her clients’ needs.
Simon, brings 10 years of extensive experience as a construction project manager to the team at Phlow.
Throughout his career, he successfully delivered numerous projects, including the recent office fitout for Grounded in West Perth, where he led the project to completion with exceptional results.
Simon is a trade-qualified carpenter and joiner. With extensive experience in commercial construction, he has held positions at multiple levels, including leading hand, supervisor, and project manager.
our process
We undertake a broad range of projects, including large-scale fit outs and renovations of major commercial spaces, including warehouses, factories, showrooms and retail facilities. We have a comprehensive construction team that is comprised of certified and licensed contractors, as well as inhouse engineers that streamline each project and make it as economical as possible. We also have an inhouse design team that can identify the best ways to utilise any space to ensure maximum efficiency and comfort.
