Phlow was engaged by General Cranes, a leading equipment provider based in the heart of the Jandakot’s commercial area, to refurbish their existing tenancy. The brief included creating a designated reception and waiting area on the ground floor as well as updating the first-floor offices and boardroom to better reflect the company’s brand and image.
To improve privacy and reduce noise transfer, acoustic panelling was installed throughout the meeting rooms and offices. Vertical timber panelling was introduced across both levels to create a sense of warmth and continuity, extending to the ceiling to define the first-floor waiting area.
Mechanical and electrical services were reconfigured to suit the new layout, including the integration of linear LED strip lighting into the timber panelling. Executive office and lunchroom furniture was also upgraded to enhance comfort, functionality and brand alignment.
Phlow successfully delivered a modern and cohesive refurbishment while the business remained fully operational, ensuring minimal disruption to staff and day-to-day operations.
