Phlow delivered a comprehensive 800m², two-storey office fit-out for Re Group in Osborne Park, transforming the tenancy into a modern and functional workspace. The refurbishment included open-plan workspaces, private offices, a boardroom, and meeting rooms, complemented by new furniture and a reconfigured internal layout to incorporate a boardroom breakout area.

Feature elements such as timber panelling, glass sliding doors, and carefully coordinated lighting and finishes were integrated to enhance both aesthetics and functionality. Phlow also managed minor demolition works, internal glazing, partition walls, and the coordination of electrical and mechanical services, ensuring a seamless and efficient outcome.
